Boot Liner Options

Drop Back - Fold your rear seats flat without removing your liner. Simply unclip from the headrests and release the Velcro sides for seamless flexibility.

Drop Back & Seat Split - For vehicles with split-folding seats, select from 40/60, 60/40, 50/50, or 40/20/40 configurations (viewed from the rear). Maintain full coverage no matter how your seats are arranged.

Bumper Flap Option - A popular choice among dog owners, this removable Velcro-fastened flap prevents scratches and scuffs when pets jump in and out.

Please note: If you purchase a liner without the Drop Back, Seat Split, or Bumper Flap options, these cannot be retrofitted later without returning the liner for modification.

Keeping your boot liner in top condition is simple and hassle-free.

Start by removing the liner from your vehicle and shaking off any loose dirt or debris. For a deeper clean, machine wash it on a gentle 30°C cycle. Avoid using fabric softener, as this can compromise the liner’s protective properties.

Once washed, leave the liner to air dry completely before placing it back in your vehicle for the best results.
Does this product include a manufacturer’s warranty?

Yes, every product comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty that covers faults in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not include general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

How can I be sure these floor mats will fit my BMW ?
Every boot liner is custom-made to match the unique shape and layout of your vehicle’s boot area. The attachment method depends on the materials in your vehicle’s interior:

Carpeted Boot Areas:
- Fitted with high-strength Velcro that attaches securely to the boot carpet.
Plastic Trim Interiors:
- Secured using the self-adhesive backing on the Velcro strips.
Preparation Before Installation

To ensure a strong, lasting bond, the boot must be thoroughly cleaned before fitting:

For Carpeted Areas:
- Vacuum thoroughly to remove all dirt, dust, and pet hair.
For Plastic Trim:
- Clean the surface using a silicone remover (e.g. Auto-Glym Intensive Tar Remover).
- Wipe dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
- Fit the liner as per the supplied guide and allow 24 hours for full adhesive bonding.
Important: Velcro and adhesive will not adhere properly to surfaces with dirt, silicone, or protective coatings.

Delivery FAQs

Is it possible to collect my order directly from your premises?

Absolutely, you’re welcome to collect your order directly from our Nottinghamshire workshop once it’s ready.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

We’ll send you an email as your order has been completed and checked, so you can arrange a convenient collection time.
Please note that collections are only available once your order has passed final quality inspection.
Will I be able to track my delivery?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.
From there, you can follow your parcel’s progress through the courier’s website or mobile app for real-time updates.

Most deliveries will require a signature on arrival, though they can be left safely with a neighbour if you’re not available.

If you’ve selected Express Delivery and no one is present at the address, the courier will leave a notification card and securely hold your parcel at your local Post Office or depot for collection.
Do you provide delivery outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer international delivery at the moment due to shipping changes following Brexit. All Premier Products orders are manufactured and shipped exclusively within the UK.
How long should I expect my delivery to take?

Our standard production time is typically 3–5 working days from receipt of payment. Once manufactured, your order will be dispatched promptly.

If your order totals under £50, you can upgrade to Express Delivery for £5.99, which guarantees dispatch within 24 hours of production completion.

Please note that non-mainland UK deliveries may take slightly longer. During busy seasonal periods, such as Christmas, we recommend allowing a little extra time for processing and shipping.
What are the delivery charges?

We provide free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £50.
For smaller orders, our Express Delivery option is available for just £5.99.

All orders are dispatched as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new products without delay.
Which courier service will deliver my order?

Your order will be dispatched via Yodel, our trusted UK delivery partner, to ensure safe and reliable shipment straight to your door.

Warranty & Returns

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it’s placed?

If you’d like to make changes to or cancel a non-personalised order, please contact our Customer Support Team straight away at support@premier-products.co.uk.

We’ll always do our best to intercept your order before it enters production. However, once an item has begun manufacturing, a restocking fee may apply.

Please be aware that embroidered or personalised products cannot be cancelled or amended once the production process has started.
Is it possible to return my order if it's not suitable?
At Premier Products, every item is made with precision and care – but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do what we can to resolve it.

If you wish to return an item, please contact support@premier-products.co.uk
to request authorisation before sending it back.
Unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility.

When getting in touch, please provide:
- Your order number
- Full contact details
- Vehicle make, model, and year
- The reason for your return
Once your return has been approved and received, we’ll issue a refund for the product and original delivery charge, minus a 25% handling and restocking fee.

Please note that any customised, embroidered, or bespoke-made items are non-returnable, unless found to be faulty in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong vehicle details (make, model, or year) were supplied when ordering.

All refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in their original condition.
